Job summary

Sprenger Therapy is hiring an Occupational Therapist (OTR) for our in-house therapy team. You will evaluate residents, develop individualized plans, and provide OT services aimed at restoring function and enhancing quality of life. Collaboration with families and the interdisciplinary team is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Completion of the National Certification Examination for OTR is required.
• Current OT license or license-eligible to practice in the state.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans with residents, families, and the interdisciplinary team.
• Provide occupational therapy services focused on restoring function and quality of life.
• Conduct screenings to identify residents who would benefit from intervention.
• Supervise and collaborate with COTA staff as applicable.
• Initiate referrals when appropriate per department procedures.
• Document clearly and efficiently to support quality outcomes.
