Job summary

Broad River Rehab is seeking a Director of Rehab (COTA, PTA, PT) to lead our North College Hill area skilled nursing facility in Cincinnati, OH. The role is full-time, salaried with up to 40 hours weekly, and will oversee therapy services across PT, OT, PTA, COTA, and SLP, guiding clinical excellence and a collaborative team culture.

You will manage department operations, drive high-quality care for residents, and mentor therapists.

Qualifications

• Current state licensure as a COTA, PTA, or PT.
• Degree requirements as above.
• Minimum of 2 years supervisory or management experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Familiarity with EMR systems and Medicare/Medicaid guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee delivery of therapy services (PT, OT, PTA, COTA, SLP) in a SNF.

Director of Rehab / Rehab Director / COTA, PTA, PT

Broad River Rehab is seeking a Director of Rehab (COTA, PTA, PT) to join our North College Hill area of Cincinnati, OH Skilled Nursing Facility.

• Full-Time, Up-To 40 Hours Per Week
• Salaried Role + Quarterly Bonus Potential - $70,000-$75,000 for Assistants! *Offer based on experience and qualifying interview.
• Prior Management experience preferred

As the Director of Rehabilitation, you will oversee the delivery of high-quality therapy services (PT, OT, PTA, COTA and SLP) in a skilled nursing setting. You'll manage department operations, support clinical excellence, and foster a collaborative environment that empowers therapists to make a meaningful impact in residents' lives.

Qualifications:

• Current state licensure as a (COTA, PTA, PT)
• Associate degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant or Physical Therapy Assistant OR Masters or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy
• Minimum of 2 years of supervisory or management experience in a rehab setting preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Familiarity with EMR systems and Medicare/Medicaid guidelines
