Job summary

Broad River Rehab seeks a Director of Rehab (PTA or COTA) to lead a skilled nursing facility in Avondale, OH. You’ll oversee therapy services for PT, OT, PTA, COTA and SLP, while guiding operations and supporting clinical excellence.

The role requires licensure as PTA or COTA, a relevant degree, and at least 2 years of supervisory experience. Part-time, flexible scheduling with potential 4-day weeks and a generous benefits package.

Qualifications

• Current state licensure as PTA or COTA.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in related field (Doctorate preferred) or Associate degree in PTA or COTA.
• Minimum of 2 years of supervisory or management experience in rehab.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with EMR systems and Medicare/Medicaid guidelines.

Broad River Rehab is seeking a Director of Rehab (PTA or COTA) to join our Avondale, OH (45229) Skilled Nursing Facility.

• Hourly, Rehab Director Role + Quarterly Bonus Potential
• New Hourly Rates! $34-37/hr *Offer Based on Experience and Qualifying Interview
• Part-Time, 29 Hours or Less Per Week. Flexible Schedule! We can consider a 4-Day Week.

As the Director of Rehabilitation, you will oversee the delivery of high-quality therapy services (PT, OT, PTA, COTA and SLP) in a skilled nursing setting. You’ll manage department operations, support clinical excellence, and foster a collaborative environment that empowers therapists to make a meaningful impact in residents’ lives.

Qualifications

• Current state licensure as a (PTA or COTA)
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in related field (Doctorate preferred) or Associate degree in Physical Therapist Assistant or Occupational Therapy Assistant
• Minimum of 2 years of supervisory or management experience in a rehab setting preferred
