Job summary

Broad River Rehab is seeking an Assistant, Director of Rehab (PTA or PT) to join our Milwaukee, WI Skilled Nursing Facility. Salaried role starting at $70,000, Full-Time, 30-40 hours per week; prior management experience preferred.

As the Assistant Director of Rehabilitation, you will collaborate with the Director to oversee high-quality therapy services and co-manage department operations in a continuing care setting.

Qualifications

• Current state licensure as PTA or PT.
• Long Term Care management experience preferred.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy (DPT preferred) or Associate degree in Physical Therapist Assistant.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with EMR systems and Medicare/Medicaid guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Assist Director to oversee delivery of high-quality therapy services (PT, OT, PTA, COTA, SLP).
• Co-manage department operations and support clinical excellence.
• Foster a collaborative environment that empowers therapists to impact residents' lives.
