Job summary

Broad River Rehab seeks a Director of Rehab (COTA, PTA, PT) to lead therapy services in a Cincinnati SNF. You will oversee PT/OT/PTA/COTA and SLP delivery, manage department operations, and drive clinical excellence in a collaborative environment that empowers therapists to improve residents’ lives.

The role requires current licensure and a strong track record in leadership, with experience supervising rehab teams and navigating EMR systems and Medicare/Medicaid guidelines.

Qualifications

• Current state licensure as a COTA, PTA, or PT.
• Associate degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant or Physical Therapy Assistant or higher (Masters/Doctorate in PT).
• Minimum of 2 years of supervisory or management experience in a rehab setting preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with EMR systems and Medicare/Medicaid guidelines.

Broad River Rehab is seeking a Director of Rehab (COTA, PTA, PT) to join our North College Hill area of Cincinnati, OH Skilled Nursing Facility.

Key Details

• Full-Time, Up-To 40 Hours Per Week
• Salaried Role + Quarterly Bonus Potential - $70,000-$75,000 for Assistants! *Offer based on experience and qualifying interview.
• Prior Management experience preferred

As the Director of Rehabilitation, you will oversee the delivery of high-quality therapy services (PT, OT, PTA, COTA and SLP) in a skilled nursing setting. You’ll manage department operations, support clinical excellence, and foster a collaborative environment that empowers therapists to make a meaningful impact in residents’ lives.
