Job summary

Broad River Rehab in Hendersonville, NC is seeking a Director of Rehabilitation (PTA/COTA eligible) to oversee therapy services across PT/OT/SLP within a skilled nursing setting. You will lead clinical operations and support staff to ensure high-quality resident care and compliance with regulations.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with preferred experience in supervision and familiarity with EMR systems and Medicare/Medicaid guidelines.

Qualifications

• Current state licensure
• Associate degree in Physical Therapist Assistant or Occupational Therapy Assistant
• Minimum of 1 year of supervisory or management experience in a rehab setting preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Familiarity with EMR systems and Medicare/Medicaid guidelines

Broad River Rehab is seeking a Director of Rehab (PTA/COTA) to join our skilled nursing facility in Hendersonville, NC.

• Full-Time, open to COTA and PTA Candidates!
• Prior Management experience preferred
• Flexible Schedule

As the Director of Rehabilitation, you will oversee the delivery of high-quality therapy services (PT, OT, PTA, COTA and SLP) in a skilled nursing setting. You'll manage department operations, support clinical excellence, and foster a collaborative environment that empowers therapists to make a meaningful impact in residents' lives.
