Job summary

Select Medical in Allison Park and Glenshaw, PA is seeking a Rehab Aide Float to support therapists in outpatient rehabilitation. This full-time role involves assisting with procedures, scheduling, and maintaining records, with evenings shifts and a compensation of $10.00-$12.00 per hour.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma and certifications such as CPR and First Aid; prior outpatient PT experience is preferred. Benefits include mentorship, PTO, health plan, and 401(k) options.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• CPR and First Aid certifications preferred.
• Experience in an outpatient physical therapy center preferred.

Responsibilities

• Aide therapists in carrying out rehabilitation procedures, organize/schedule and keep records of ancillary services and support other center-specific functions.
• Observe and report any abnormal patient conditions, reactions or responses to treatment.
• Play a significant role in specific area of center operations (scheduling ancillary services and following up, overseeing a specific program, serving as OSHA coordinator, etc.).
• Clean, sterilize and prepare equipment.
