Job summary

Select Medical in Wilmington, DE seeks a Rehab Aide to support therapists in outpatient rehabilitation settings. You will assist with procedures, manage ancillary services, and help with center operations, scheduling, equipment prep, and patient care tasks in a per diem role requiring flexibility across 2–5 days as needed.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED; CPR and first aid certifications are preferred; prior outpatient PT experience and healthcare exposure are valued assets

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Aide therapists in carrying out rehabilitation procedures, organize/schedule and keep records of ancillary services and support other center-specific functions.
• Observe and report any abnormal patient conditions, reactions or responses to treatment.
• Play a significant role in center operations (scheduling ancillary services, following up, overseeing a program, OSHA coordination, etc.).
• Clean, sterilize and prepare equipment.

Schedule: 2-5 days as neededCompensation: $16.00-$17.00/hour (pending experience)

In this role, you will assist our therapists in carrying out our rehabilitation procedures and play an integral role in supporting our center operations.
