Job summary

Talentify is seeking a Rehab Aide in Phoenix, AZ to support therapists in outpatient physical therapy settings. The role involves assisting rehabilitation procedures, scheduling activities, and helping with center operations.

Full-time, Monday–Friday weekdays, with a compensation range of $16.00 to $17.00 per hour based on experience. Benefits include PTO, health plans, and a 401(k) retirement plan. Join our team to help patients on their rehabilitation journey.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• CPR certification preferred.
• First aid certification preferred.
• Pursuing a degree in a health profession (PT program) preferred.
• Experience in an outpatient physical therapy center is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Aide therapists in carrying out rehabilitation procedures, organize/schedule and keep records of ancillary services and support other center-specific functions
• Observe and report any abnormal patient conditions, reactions or responses to treatment
• Play a significant role in specific area of center operations (scheduling ancillary services and following up, overseeing a specific program, serving as OSHA coordinator, etc.)
• Clean, sterilize and prepare equipment

Schedule: Weekdays Compensation: $16.00 - $17.00/hour based on experience
