Job summary

Select Medical in Phoenix, AZ seeks a Rehab Aide to assist therapists in carrying out rehabilitation procedures and support center operations. You will help with scheduling, records, equipment sterilization, and observe patient conditions; schedule ancillary services; OSHA coordinator duties; and participate in daily center tasks.

Full‑time, weekdays, $17.00–$18.00 per hour, with mentorship and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in a pre-health field is preferred.
• CPR certification preferred.
• First aid certification preferred.
• Prior experience in an outpatient physical therapy center preferred.

Responsibilities

• Aide therapists in carrying out rehabilitation procedures and support center operations.
• Organize, schedule, and keep records for ancillary services.
• Observe and report abnormal patient conditions or responses to treatment.
• Play a role in center operations, including scheduling ancillary services, following up, and OSHA coordination.
• Clean, sterilize, and prepare equipment.
