Job summary

Select Medical in Erie, PA is seeking a Rehab Aide to support therapists in outpatient physical therapy, assist with rehabilitation procedures, and help maintain center operations.

This Per Diem role offers evenings (1–4) until 7pm with occasional Saturdays, and a pay range of $14.00–$15.75 per hour based on experience. You will observe and report patient responses and help with equipment preparation and center logistics.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• CPR certification preferred.
• First aid certification preferred.
• Experience in an outpatient PT center is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Aide therapists in carrying out rehabilitation procedures, organize/schedule and keep records of ancillary services and support other center-specific functions.
• Observe and report any abnormal patient conditions, reactions or responses to treatment.
• Play a significant role in specific area of center operations (scheduling ancillary services and following up, overseeing a specific program, serving as OSHA coordinator, etc.).
• Clean, sterilize and prepare equipment.
