You will lead projects, build client relationships, and deliver federal and state regulatory and technical expertise to help clients bring safe, compliant products to market. This role requires a science degree and 5+ years of TSCA/regulatory experience, strong communication, mentoring skills, and the ability to manage multiple

Qualifications

• B.S. in a science-related field is required.
• 5+ years of EPA TSCA regulatory experience.
• 5+ years of consulting or government regulatory experience.
• Strong regulatory compliance and risk assessment background.
• Authorized to work in the United States; no sponsorship needed.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for technical documents.
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple projects.
• Team player with strong collaboration skills.
• Experience with project management, budgeting, and invoicing is a plus.
• Experience handling sensitive information with tact and discretion.

Responsibilities

• Providing regulatory compliance and risk assessment support for product stewardship and sustainability projects.
• Developing clients through business development and marketing efforts.
• Client management and project work; interacting with clients and regulators.
• Managing and tracking client projects, deliverables, invoices, and budgets.
• Providing regulatory and technical review and quality control support for projects.
• Synthesizing technical and regulatory information for clients and regulators.
• Providing scientific technical peer review.
• Mentoring junior staff.
