Job summary

BNY is seeking a Vice President, Regulatory Reporting to lead the Regulatory Reporting team in Boston. This role requires managing regulatory filings and ensuring effective communication with various stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in fund administration or accounting, with 1–2 years of management experience preferred.
• Experience in handling Form N-PORT is required.
• Proven ability to own and successfully manage multiple processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage a Regulatory Reporting team responsible for preparing and reviewing regulatory filings.
• Plan, organize and monitor the production of regulatory filings for clients’ funds.
• Ensure effective communication with external and internal parties relevant to team deliverables.
