Job summary

BNY Mellon in Boston seeks a Vice President, Regulatory Reporting to lead the Fund Reporting team. You will oversee the preparation and review of regulatory filings for client funds and manage staff performance to meet deadlines.

This role emphasizes process improvements, effective cross‑team collaboration, and accountability for N‑Port filings. You will engage with internal and external stakeholders to ensure accurate, timely submissions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or equivalent experience.
• 5–7 years in fund administration or accounting with some management experience.
• Experience with Form N-Port filings is required.
• Strong leadership and ability to drive daily/monthly deliverables.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Lead a Regulatory Reporting team for client funds and regulatory filings.
• Plan, organize, and monitor production of filings for funds.
• Review and sign-off on regulatory drafts and related calculations.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Develop and improve regulatory reporting structures, processes, and controls.
• Serve as a primary contact for client relationships and inquiries.
