Job summary

Allogene seeks a Senior Manager of GxP Learning and Development to design, implement, and oversee training programs ensuring GxP compliance and regulatory alignment. You will lead the creation of technical and business training materials and manage LMS operations.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced biotech environment, report on training effectiveness, and drive employee growth while maintaining strict regulatory standards at the South San Francisco and Newark, CA

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Biological Sciences, Chemistry, or Engineering
• minimum 8 years in Pharma/Biotech with 2-3 years of LMS experience
• strong GxP and regulatory knowledge relevant to biotech manufacturing
• excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
