Job summary

MedscapeLIVE!, a Medscape Company, is seeking a Project Manager to lead broadcasts projects through the MLR process from sale to launch. You will prepare content submissions, perform thorough QC, track timelines, and coordinate with Account, Creative, Technology, and Event teams to meet client needs.

The role requires 1–2 years in pharma advertising or a fast-paced environment, plus strong Word/Excel/Outlook skills; Adobe InDesign is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in pharmaceutical advertising or equivalent fast-paced environment.
• Strong MS Word, Excel, and Outlook skills.
• Knowledge of Adobe InDesign is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from sale to launch
• Prepare/edit documents required for submission and approval through regulatory processes
• Thorough QC of submission materials
• Coordinate with Account, Creative, Technology and Event teams
• Serve as primary point of contact for project requests
• Manage timelines for all deliverables
• Use project management software to track projects and provide status updates
• Use online submission systems to upload pieces and track progress
• Interpret Medical/Legal/Regulatory comments
• Review live websites, HTML files, and videos for alignment with approved versions
