Job summary

MiniMed is seeking a dynamic program manager to lead and coordinate the successful launches of insulin delivery products across global markets, navigating regulatory, technical, and operational complexities.

In this matrixed role, you will drive end-of-life transitions, manage cross-functional teams, monitor budgets and schedules, and ensure high-quality outcomes for patients worldwide. A PMP or equivalent and a bachelor's degree are preferred; experience in drug delivery devices is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree required with 5+ years of relevant experience, or 3+ years with an advanced degree.
• Experience leading product launches in regulated healthcare environments.
• Regulatory compliance knowledge ISO Regulation and Medical Devices Regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead geographical expansion programs in collaboration with Marketing, Regulatory, Technical Communications and Operations to launch products globally.
• Drive end-of-life program management, overseeing strategic transitions with strict deadlines to ensure business continuity.
• Lead cross-functional teams for new product development and lifecycle management of products, processes, and therapies.
• Oversee operational aspects of ongoing projects and liaise between project management, planning, and line management.
• Develop and implement processes for delivering new or existing products and services across departments.
• Review project status and budgets; manage schedules and prepare status reports.
• Monitor projects from initiation through delivery and track milestones.
• Assess issues and develop resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals.
• Gathers requirements, plans, elicits, and manages requirements to meet stakeholder demands.
• Communicate with stakeholders and secure engagement to ensure solutions meet business needs.
