Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC in Bellevue, WA and Austin, TX seeks a Sr Program Manager for Amazon Flex Service Level Standards. You will partner with Legal to launch regulatory programs across jurisdictions, coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure readiness before go-live.

You will define requirements, measure outcomes with data, manage stakeholder communications to senior leadership, and guide programs from inception through rollout in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years cross-functional collaboration experience.
• 5+ years team management experience.
• 5+ years project delivery experience.
• 5+ years program or project management experience.
• Experience defining program requirements and using data/metrics to drive improvements.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate cross-functional implementation with legal, product, and operations teams.
• Lead end-to-end regulatory launches for new/evolving delivery partner regulations across jurisdictions.
• Partner with Legal to ensure compliance ahead of go-live deadlines.
• Communicate progress and results to senior leadership and stakeholders.
