Amazon Inc. is seeking a Litigation Risk Manager within the Amazon Flex Service Level Standards team to lead investigations into contested delivery-partner enforcement actions and provide disposition recommendations for legal matters.

You will coordinate with legal, enforcement program owners and regulators to ensure fair, well-documented outcomes. The role requires strong experience in risk management and the ability to serve as a subject matter witness in arbitration hearings and regulatory

Qualifications

• 6+ years of compliance, audit or risk management experience.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products.

Responsibilities

• Conduct end-to-end investigations into contested delivery partner enforcement actions.
• Develop disposition recommendations for active litigation and arbitration matters.
• Serve as a subject matter witness in hearings, tribunals, and regulatory inquiries.
• Collaborate with internal legal teams and outside counsel to align on case strategy and timelines.
• Monitor caseload with competing priorities and strict SLAs.
• Identify emerging litigation trends and systemic risks across jurisdictions.
