In a hybrid work environment, you’ll balance regulatory strategy with stakeholder engagement and ensure compliance across jurisdictions.

Qualifications

• BA/BS required; 5–7 years in regulatory field.
• Experience dealing with regulatory filings is required.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Develop, compile and edit regulatory filings; craft clear, persuasive messages.
• Coordinate with senior management and regulatory teams to align filings with company goals.
• Assist with drafting discovery responses and pre-filed testimony preparation.
• Develop key messages for presentations to external regulatory agencies and legislative committees.
• Assist witnesses in development of pre-filed testimony.
