Qualifications

• BA/BS. Five to seven years or equivalent experience in regulatory field.
• Specific experience in dealing with regulatory filings required.
• Occasional overnight travel and extensive overtime required.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Develop, compile and edit regulatory case filings with clear explanations.
• Coordinate with senior management to align filings with company strategy.
• Assist with drafting discovery responses and providing context.
• Develop key messages for external presentations to regulators and legislative committees.
• Support witnesses in development of pre-filed testimony.
