Xcel Energy in the United States is seeking a seasoned Regulatory Project Manager to lead major regulatory filings across jurisdictions, including rate cases and investigations. You will coordinate internal and external communications, sponsor testimony when needed, and guide cross-functional teams to deliver timely, high-quality filings that align with corporate goals.

The role requires 8–10 years in regulatory work, strong MS Office skills, and a background in project management.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Business or related discipline or equivalent.
• 8-10 years experience in regulatory field.
• Demonstrated experience with existing and emerging competitive regulatory issues.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Lead/coordinate major regulatory case filings and testimony preparation.
• Set out Xcel Energy positions on case issues and manage case schedules.
• Coordinate internal/external communications and media planning for regulatory initiatives.
• Direct interdisciplinary teams to address case issues and create efficient filings.
• Develop tools to track case progression and provide management with progression metrics.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements to increase productivity.
