Qualifications

• BA/BS in Business or related discipline or equivalent combination of education, training or experience.
• 8–10 years experience in regulatory field.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite; periodic overnight travel and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic project management leadership for major regulatory filings to achieve corporate objectives.
• Coordinate testimony preparation, data requests, and filing packages for regulatory commissions.
• Develop tools to advise management on case progression and strategies.
• Identify regulatory issues across jurisdictions and ensure alignment with policies and procedures.
• Coordinate negotiations to settle regulatory cases and manage complex project timelines.
