Xcel Energy is seeking a regulatory professional to develop filings and strategies that support our goals. You will work with experts across the company to craft filings, prepare testimony, and coordinate compliance in multiple jurisdictions as part of the generation and transmission team.

You will lead large, complex filings, advocate the company's positions with regulators, and translate technical details into clear messages for internal and external audiences under a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• BA/BS.
• Five to seven years or equivalent experience in regulatory field.
• Specific experience in dealing with regulatory filings required.
• Occasional overnight travel and extensive overtime required.
• Must be proficient in use MS Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Develop, compile and edit regulatory case filings.
• Prepare supporting testimony for regulatory proceedings.
• Coordinate regulatory compliance activities in assigned jurisdictions.
• Advocate the company's positions with regulators and stakeholders.
• Lead large, complex filings and ensure timely delivery.
