Job summary

rePurpose Global seeks a Compliance & Sustainability Intelligence Manager to track regulatory changes, educate customers, and translate complex requirements into actionable guidance for producers. Focused on the U.S. regulatory landscape, this highly visible role serves as a primary face of regulatory expertise.

Lead end-to-end webinars, produce regulatory intelligence and market education, and work with cross-functional teams to ensure the platform reflects evolving rules and reporting needs.

Qualifications

• A background in EPR, packaging or environmental policy, sustainability, regulatory affairs, or a related field.
• Deep EPR/packaging-policy expertise and knowledge of governance, financing, PRO structures, and enforcement.
• Regulatory fluency to read, interpret, and track statutory text across multiple jurisdictions.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills for webinars and non-expert audiences.
• Customer- and stakeholder-facing polish with remote, cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Track U.S. regulatory change and translate it into actionable intelligence.
• Be the primary contact for regulatory questions and provide plain-language guidance.
• Own the webinar and thought leadership program from planning to delivery.
• Create regulatory briefs, explainers, and supporting materials for sales and success teams.
• Represent the company in public-facing settings and stay close to regulator interpretations.
• Coordinate with technical, product, and customer success teams to feed market insight.
