Job summary

rePurpose Global is seeking a Compliance & Sustainability Intelligence Manager to track U.S. regulatory changes, educate customers, and translate dense requirements into actionable guidance.

You will own the webinar program, produce regulatory content, and collaborate across product and sales teams to keep the platform aligned with evolving EPR rules. The role is remote, with a preference for candidates on the East Coast; global team presence and NYC head office are noted.

Qualifications

• Background in EPR, packaging or environmental policy, sustainability, regulatory affairs
• Experience with plastics and packaging policy and PRO structures
• Ability to interpret statutory text across jurisdictions and translate to guidance

Responsibilities

• Track regulatory change and transform it into actionable guidance for customers
• Field regulatory questions and provide plain-language, service-oriented guidance
• Own the webinar and thought leadership program from topic planning to live delivery and Q&A
• Create regulatory briefs, policy gap analyses, updates and explainer content for internal teams
• Represent the company in public-facing settings and stay close to regulator/customer interpretations of rules
• Collaborate with product and tech teams to reflect regulatory changes in the platform
