Uniti Group is seeking a licensed attorney to support the regulatory compliance function as a regulated utility. You will work with the VP-Regulatory Counsel on federal/state regulatory obligations, reporting, investigations, policy development, and implementation standards.

The role offers growth opportunities and exposure to senior leadership while handling diverse regulatory and compliance matters across Uniti’s business units.

Qualifikationen

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Licensed to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• 1–5 years of legal experience in law firms, corporate legal depts, government, or similar.

• Interpret and implement federal, state, and local regulatory requirements affecting telecom and broadband operations.
• Support regulatory compliance programs and reporting obligations, filings, disclosures, and agency responses.
• Monitor legal/regulatory developments and assess impacts on operations.
• Identify regulatory risks and help develop mitigation strategies.
• Draft and review policies, procedures, and compliance documents.
• Assist with regulatory investigations, audits, and information requests.
• Collaborate with cross-functional internal teams and outside counsel on regulatory matters.
