Meter is seeking a Regulatory Counsel to help shape the future of enterprise internet infrastructure. As Meter designs, builds, and operates secure, enterprise-grade networks for businesses worldwide, this founding legal role is critical to enabling responsible, rapid expansion across new markets and regulatory environments.

The ideal candidate brings a J.D. from a top law school, in-house regulatory experience, and membership in good standing with at least one state bar.

• In-house regulatory experience.
• Active bar membership in at least one state.

Mansioni

• Lead telecom regulatory strategy across the US, Canada, UK, EU, Australia, and beyond.
• Build compliance programs for FCPA, export controls, CFIUS, and sanctions.
• Advise on GDPR, CCPA, and privacy-by-design initiatives.
• Support marketing, product and engineering on regulatory and safety matters.
• Partner with People and Facilities on employment and safety compliance.
