Job summary

EisnerAmper seeks an experienced Senior Regulatory Compliance Specialist to lead regulatory licensing, reporting, and ongoing compliance for telecom clients nationwide, including VoIP, wireless, and broadband offerings. You will prepare filings, coordinate inquiries, and manage deadlines across federal and state regimes.

The role emphasizes client service, research into telecom regulations, and proactive compliance strategies to support diverse technology providers from coast to coast.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field
• 5+ years of telecommunications regulatory compliance experience
• Working knowledge of federal and state telecom regulations and licensing/registration
• Experience preparing telecom regulatory filings and applications

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage FCC and USAC filings
• Assist clients with FUSF compliance and contribution matters
• Coordinate responses to FCC and USAC inquiries, audits, and notices
• Maintain federal compliance calendars and filing deadlines
• Prepare and file state PUC/PSC applications
• Manage state reporting requirements
• Research state telecom regulatory requirements
• Coordinate confidentiality filings
• Serve as day-to-day regulatory contact for telecom clients
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Prepare client communications and status updates
• Assist onboarding new telecom clients and data gathering
• Support regulatory consulting engagements
• Research federal and state telecom laws and regs
• Analyze applicability of telecom regulatory obligations for emerging technologies
• Monitor regulatory changes impacting telecom providers
