Ezee Fiber is seeking a Regulatory and Compliance Counsel to provide legal advice on licensing, filings, and compliance across federal, state, and local levels. You will support day-to-day legal matters, risk assessments, and contract management while reporting to the General Counsel.

Ideal candidates have extensive telecom regulatory experience, strong analytical skills, and the ability to translate complex issues into practical recommendations for executives and teams.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Active admission to practice law in at least one U.S. state.
• 5+ years of telecommunications regulatory experience.
• Familiarity with privacy laws, safety, cybersecurity, and related employment matters.
• 5+ years of progressively responsible legal experience in a law firm and/or in-house.

Responsabilités

• Lead regulatory filings, comments and responses with federal, state and local agencies.
• Provide responses to regulatory inquiries, investigations or enforcement matters.
• Monitor regulatory developments for internal guidance.
• Develop and maintain corporate compliance programs and internal audits.
• Create regulatory training materials for internal teams.
• Perform other legal and strategic responsibilities as assigned.
