Job summary

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor and bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• 1–5 years of legal experience in a relevant setting.
• Strong legal research, writing, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Interpret and implement federal, state, and local regulatory requirements affecting telecom and broadband operations.
• Prepare and review regulatory filings, certifications, disclosures, and agency responses.
• Monitor regulatory developments and assess impacts on business operations.
• Identify compliance risks and help stakeholders develop mitigations.
• Draft policies, procedures, disclosures, and training materials.
• Coordinate with internal teams, outside counsel, and regulators.
• Assist with regulatory investigations, audits, and information requests.
• Collaborate with network, engineering, sales, and customer care.
