T-Mobile seeks an experienced Corporate Counsel - Network Operations to provide strategic legal guidance on telecom laws and regulations impacting network operations. You will advise product development and compliance programs while balancing business objectives with regulatory obligations in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.

The role involves partnering with business teams to address legal challenges, draft policies, and support regulatory risk assessments.

Qualifications

• 2-4+ years of in-house, top law firm, or government attorney experience.
• JD from an ABA-accredited university with outstanding academic credentials.
• Current bar membership in at least one U.S. state.
• Experience with technology, network tech, telecom, and IT infrastructure.
• Strong aptitude for learning new technology and adapting to fast-paced environments.
• Ability to analyze complex, high-impact matters and navigate ambiguity.
• Demonstrated subject-matter expertise in specialty fields.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to interact with diverse business stakeholders with professional maturity.
• Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
• Drive to solve customer pain points and Love Our Customers.
• Desire to work as part of a team.
• At least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Advise on telecom laws, regulations, obligations, and industry standards affecting network operations.
• Develop strong business partnerships to guide legal considerations for strategies and products.
• Drive a compliance program with internal/public policies, disclosures, and training.
• Analyze legislation and regulations and provide SME input to Government Affairs.
• Support cross-functional initiatives as assigned.
