You will collaborate with network teams and business partners to shape compliant product design and operational policy, balancing risk and innovation.

The role requires strong analytical and communication skills, a JD, active bar membership, and 2–4+ years in relevant settings.

Qualifikationen

• JD from ABA‑accredited university with outstanding academic credentials.
• Current bar membership (in good standing) in at least one U.S. state.
• 2–4+ years as an in-house, top law firm, or government attorney with relevant experience.
• Experience with technology, telecom, and IT infrastructures.

• Advise on telecom laws, regulations, obligations, and industry standards affecting network operations.
• Develop partnerships to guide business on legal considerations for strategies and products.
• Drive and implement a compliance program with policies, disclosures, and training.
• Analyze legislation and provide SME input to Government Affairs; support cross‑functional initiatives.
