Job summary

T-Mobile is seeking an attorney with strong analytical and communication skills to provide regulatory guidance to its dynamic business teams. The Corporate Counsel – Network Operations will advise on telecom laws and regulations, assess risks, and help design compliant solutions that enable customer-focused innovation.

Qualifications

  • 2–4+ years experience as in-house, top law firm, or government attorney.
  • ABA-accredited law school; outstanding academic credentials.
  • Current bar membership in at least one U.S. state.
  • Experience with technology, networks, telecommunications, and IT infrastructure.

Responsibilities

  • Advise on telecom laws, regulations, obligations, and industry standards affecting network operations.
  • Develop strong business partnerships to guide legal considerations for strategies and products.
  • Drive a compliant program with internal policies, disclosures, and training.
  • Analyze impactful legislation and provide SME guidance to Government Affairs.
  • Draft policies and guidance balancing business goals with regulatory requirements.
