Job summary

T-Mobile's All-Star Legal Team seeks an attorney to provide regulatory guidance for network operations. The role balances strategic advice with practical legal solutions in a fast-paced tech environment.

Qualified candidates have 2–4+ years of relevant experience, a JD from an ABA-accredited school, and active U.S. bar membership. Travel is limited; base salary is accompanied by strong incentives and benefits.

Qualifications

• 2–4+ years as an in-house, top law firm, or government attorney with relevant experience.
• JD from an ABA-accredited university with outstanding academic credentials.
• Current bar membership (in good standing) in at least one U.S. state.
• Interest or experience in technology and telecom.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Advise on telecom laws, regulations, obligations, and industry standards impacting network operations.
• Develop business partnerships to guide strategy and product development.
• Drive a compliance program including policy drafting and training.
• Analyze legislation and provide SME support to Government Affairs.
• Support other department initiatives as assigned.
