Job summary

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in Compliance or Governmental Affairs preferred.
• Casino experience required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff and daily management of the Compliance department.
• Develop and monitor operational goals; track performance and profit objectives.
• Create efficient schedules and manage labor costs to hit deadlines.
• Assist in budget process and ensure compliance with budgets; report concerns to management.
• Provide training on SARC/Title 31 and Responsible Gaming compliance programs.
