Job summary

PENN Entertainment is seeking an experienced Compliance Administrator to ensure adherence to Title 31 regulations and FinCEN reporting. The role involves maintaining the Title 31 Compliance Program, training staff, auditing activities, and investigating potential regulatory issues.

The candidate will work with cross-functional teams, support investigations, and help sustain a high level of regulatory compliance across the property and departments.

Qualifications

• Three (3) years experience in preferably an administrative or auditing position.
• Bachelor’s degree with emphasis in management, business, finance OR an equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Title 31 and the Bank Secrecy Act preferred.
• Strong problem solving, mediation, coaching, and consulting skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills.

Responsibilities

• Delivers superior guest service in the Penn Entertainment way and works with team members.
• Interprets and enforces CFR and FinCEN reporting requirements (Bank Secrecy Act).
• Maintains Title 31 compliance program, including audits and training materials.
• Trains team members on Title 31 regulations and related procedures.
• Investigates suspicious activities and reports to FinCEN via SARs as required.
• Performs data entry, queries, audits, and maintains department files.
