Job summary

Per Scholas seeks a Compliance Manager/Sr. Manager to own the full lifecycle of organizational compliance projects across 20+ campuses in the United States.

The role focuses on licensure, VA/ETPL statuses, audits, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure timely regulatory submissions. Ideal candidates will bring 8+ years in institutional compliance, with at least 3 years in program management, and a Master’s or JD preferred.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience supporting institutional compliance, regulatory filings, or administrative compliance operations.
• 3+ years managing a compliance program.
• Master’s degree or Juris Doctor (JD) preferred.
• Proven ability to manage full lifecycle of regulatory filings and renewals.
• Strong data integrity and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lifecycle Ownership: manage licensure applications and related forms from draft to approval.
• Regulatory Research: analyze regulatory requirements across federal, state, and local laws.
• Market Expansion Tracking: track licensure, renewal, and ETPL processes by market/region.
• Data Integrity: maintain accurate data in Salesforce and ensure currency of records.
• Process Mapping: document historical and active applications in Salesforce by market.
