Job summary

Per Scholas is seeking a Compliance Manager/Sr. Manager to own the full lifecycle of regulatory compliance projects across 20+ campuses in the United States.

You will lead licensure applications, renewals, and status tracking with the Senior Director, ensuring timely regulatory filings and data integrity in Salesforce. The role emphasizes non-legal, operational compliance, with a focus on project management, research, and cross-functional coordination.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in institutional compliance, regulatory filings, or administrative compliance operations.
• Master’s degree or Juris Doctor (JD) preferred.
• Proven ability to manage full project lifecycle of complex regulatory filings and renewals.

Responsibilities

• Lifecycle Ownership: manage licensure-related applications from draft to final approval.
• Regulatory Research: analyze regulatory matters for alignment with laws.
• Market Expansion Tracking: research licensure in new markets and renewals.
• Data Integrity: enter data and maintain accuracy in Salesforce.
• Process Mapping: document applications and renewals by market/region in Salesforce.
• Documentation and Resource Project Management: maintain compliant resources and mapping.
