Job summary

Per Scholas is seeking a Compliance Manager/Sr. Manager to own the full lifecycle of regulatory compliance across 20+ campuses. You will drive licensure applications, renewals and ETPL/VA status, while coordinating with the Senior Director, and ensuring accurate data in Salesforce.

Qualifications

• 8+ years supporting institutional compliance, regulatory filings, or admin compliance operations; at least 3+ years in a compliance program.
• Master's degree or JD preferred.
• Proven track record managing full lifecycle of regulatory filings, applications, renewals.
• Ability to collect, organize, and analyze regulatory data with high data integrity.
• Strong communication with stakeholders across multiple modalities.

Responsibilities

• Lifecycle ownership of licensure applications and related forms from draft to final approval.
• Regulatory research and operational analysis to ensure compliance with federal/state/local laws.
• Track licensure renewal in multiple markets and manage ETPL/WIOA processes.
• Maintain data in Salesforce and ensure currency of records.
• Document processes, map workflows, and update cross-functional resources.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary documents for submissions.
• Follow up with licensing boards and manage application revisions as needed.
• Protect confidential information with discretion.
• Attend meetings, take notes, and represent the compliance function externally.
• Co-lead Compliance Office Hour and drive internal training.
