Job summary

Per Scholas in the United States seeks a Compliance Manager/Sr. Manager to drive the full lifecycle of regulatory compliance across 20+ campuses. You will own licensure projects, research regulatory requirements, and ensure timely renewals while coordinating with cross-functional teams and licensing boards.

You will work with Salesforce for data integrity and contribute to internal trainings and policy updates under the Senior Director, Legal Counsel.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience supporting institutional compliance or regulatory operations.
• Master's degree or Juris Doctor preferred.
• Proven track record managing full lifecycle of regulatory filings and renewals.
• Strong data integrity and regulatory reporting capabilities.
• Clear, professional written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Own lifecycle of licensure applications across 20+ campuses.
• Conduct regulatory research for federal, state, and local laws.
• Track licensure renewals and ETPL statuses across markets.
• Enter and maintain accurate data in Salesforce.
• Map processes and document historical and active applications.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for submissions.
• Interface with state licensing boards and follow up on statuses.
• Lead Compliance Office Hour sessions and internal trainings.
