Rentokil Pest Control Ltd. is seeking a Regulatory Compliance Manager to ensure operations meet federal, state and local requirements and company standards.

You will partner with US Pest Operations to perform branch reviews, regulator audit readiness, and licensing management for employees across locations. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in structural pest control with strong regulatory knowledge, licensing experience, and the ability to train field leaders.

Competenze

• Degree in entomology, business or related field, or combination of education and relevant experience required.
• 5+ years in the structural pest control industry; specifically in field operations management with a proven track record of compliance with regulatory rules and company standards.
• Have or be able to obtain appropriate regulatory credentials and/or licensing in multiple states as required.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to manage multiple branches simultaneously.

Mansioni

• Ensure compliance with federal, state and local regulations across locations and advise management of regulatory changes.
• Serve as subject matter expert for licensing requirements and ensure locations and employees follow laws and company policies.
• Assist with licensing issues, regulatory concerns, and for training field leaders to ensure adoption and compliance.
• Travel up to 50% and coordinate with branch operations to ensure proper licenses are assigned.
