You will serve as the primary liaison between academic programs, clinical affiliates, students, and internal departments, guiding and resolving issues to support compliant clinical experiences.

This role emphasizes customer service, accuracy, and timely processing of documentation, with a focus on HIPAA/FERPA

• Provide guidance to students and faculty on requirements and deadlines.
