Job summary

ProHealth Care is seeking a Regulatory Affairs professional to oversee activities ensuring continuous survey readiness with CMS, Wisconsin DHS, and Joint Commission. This role leads accreditation process improvements, cross-campus collaboration, and on-site survey coordination across campuses.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree and an RN license (WI or eLC compact) with at least 4 years in accreditation coordination and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Current State of WI or eLC compact state RN license.
• At least 4 years of related experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Previous experience with coordination of accreditation activities.
• Knowledge of accreditation standards and health care regulations.
• Experience with process improvement, patient safety and policy formulation.
• Experience implementing and facilitating organizational change.

Responsibilities

• Serves as the system expert on regulations and standards from accrediting bodies.
• Facilitates strategic and operational implementation of regulatory requirements and gap assessments.
• Provides leadership and mentorship for collaborative teams to achieve survey readiness.
• Maintains measurable evidence of survey readiness and regulatory compliance across campuses.
• Coordinates action plans and is lead contact during on-site surveys.
• Develops and deploys processes for ongoing tracer and mock survey completion.
• Maintains standardized accreditation tools across campuses.
• Collaborates with Learning, Patient Safety, and Safety offices to meet standards.
