Job summary

South College in Cranberry Township is seeking a detail-oriented Clinical Compliance Officer to manage student data and oversee health compliance requirements for the graduate nursing program. This role ensures students meet health and regulatory standards for clinical placements and supports student success.

You will handle records, audits, and reports, collaborate with faculty, and leverage CastleBranch to optimize data management and compliance tracking from our Cranberry campus.

Qualifications

• Experience in compliance management or student records administration in healthcare/education.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with faculty and students.

Responsibilities

• Oversee management of student clinical health records, immunizations, background checks, and certifications.
• Track compliance status and generate reports for program leadership.
• Provide one-on-one guidance and educate students on requirements.
• Conduct regular compliance audits and address deficiencies.
• Serve as primary CastleBranch administrator and optimize data processes.
• Collaborate with faculty and staff and report trends to leadership.
