Job summary

South College is seeking a detail-oriented Clinical Compliance Officer to manage student data and oversee health compliance requirements for the graduate nursing program. This role ensures students meet immunization, background check, and certification standards.

You will collaborate with faculty and administrators, produce compliance reports, and drive improvements using CastleBranch, with focus on achieving a 90% compliance rate and a supportive, student-centered environment at the Cranberry

Qualifications

• Healthcare experience required.
• Experience in compliance management or student records.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage immunizations, background checks, and certifications for student records.
• Track compliance status and generate reports for leadership.
