Job summary

Virginia State Bar is seeking an entry-level Regulatory Compliance reviewer to evaluate applications and other forms for eligibility under standardized requirements. You will assist in administering MCLE and membership policies and work in a high-volume team setting.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree and experience in eligibility determination or data entry, with strong attention to detail, communication, and customer service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience determining eligibility in an administrative or data-entry role.
• Detail-oriented with strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to interpret and apply rules, prioritize and multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Review applications and other submissions to determine eligibility and qualification.
• Assist in administration of the Rules of the Supreme Court of Virginia and MCLE requirements.
• Provide guidance to members and sponsors and update records.
• Maintain confidentiality and work in a team-oriented, high-volume environment.
