Job summary

RavenTek Solution Partners LLC seeks a Compliance Review Attorney to support federal compliance, regulatory review, and case evaluation for a government customer. The role analyzes complaints and supporting docs to determine dispositions while adhering to laws and policies.

The ideal candidate holds a JD, active bar membership, and at least one year of relevant experience, with the ability to manage multiple assignments in a deadline-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Active bar membership in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• Minimum of one year of relevant legal experience.
• Experience conducting legal analysis, investigations, compliance reviews, regulatory reviews, or case evaluations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review complaints, allegations, inquiries, and supporting documentation for completeness and sufficiency.
• Conduct legal and factual analysis to identify relevant issues and determine disposition or next steps.
• Evaluate information for compliance with applicable laws, regulations, policies, and procedural requirements.
• Perform research and analysis to support case review, investigative, and compliance-related activities.
• Draft correspondence, memoranda, summaries, reports, and other written work products.
• Maintain accurate case files, documentation, and supporting records within applicable systems.
• Analyze large volumes of information and documentation while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
• Communicate with stakeholders to obtain additional information, clarification, or supporting documentation as needed.
• Support quality assurance efforts to ensure consistency, accuracy, and timeliness of work products.
• Manage multiple assignments and competing priorities while meeting established deadlines and performance standards.
• Protect sensitive, confidential, and proprietary information in accordance with applicable policies and procedures.
• Enter actual time worked, once complete, at the end of the day, or no later than 10:00 a.m. the following workday, and submit timesheets at the end of each pay period.
• Submit Monthly Status Reports on a regular basis, as required.
• Monitor RavenTek email on a regular basis, at least 3 times per week, and respond accordingly.
• Complete required compliance training as assigned.
• Other duties as assigned.
