Job summary

National Resident Matching Program is seeking a Compliance Analyst to join the Policy and Compliance team. The role focuses on overseeing case management activities to ensure adherence to Match Participation Agreements and related policies, while maintaining accurate records and supporting outreach on compliance matters.

Primary duties include handling waivers, investigations, and reporting, with interaction across staff, participants, and external partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in policy, social science, or health-related discipline or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of experience in a compliance role and/or interpreting policy.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills; proven report-writing ability.
• Excellent interpersonal and time-management skills.
• Ability to safeguard sensitive information; detail-oriented and organized.
• Willingness to learn new software and applications; proficient with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Process waiver reviews and violation investigations per policy timelines.
• Manage caseload and prepare case files for panel review.
• Interface with NRMP case management and matching software systems.
• Respond to policy interpretation questions from staff and participants.
• Update records and generate reports for leadership and stakeholders.
