We are seeking a dynamic Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team to identify, attract, and engage top talent across regulated industries.

The Recruiter will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience while meeting hiring objectives, quality standards, and recruitment metrics.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
• Experience recruiting for regulated industries (pharma, biotech, medical devices).
• Hands-on experience with an ATS such as Zoho Recruit.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for multiple client projects and service requisitions.
• Create, publish, update, and remove job postings across various recruitment platforms, job boards, social media channels, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Source and attract qualified candidates using proactive recruiting strategies, networking, databases, and online platforms.
• Review and evaluate resumes to identify candidates whose qualifications align with client requirements.
• Conduct phone screenings and initial interviews to assess technical qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates, hiring managers, and Human Resources representatives.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activities within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Support recruitment metrics, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Collaborate closely with account managers, project teams, and clients to understand staffing requirements and deliver high-quality candidates.
